flyboy: Hey, how is it going? I look forward to coming down on Frisay and registering for classes and begin my flight training. I would've hit you up sooner but I've had serious issues with my account.

willtroutman commented on willtroutman's photo: I took this while tracking outbound on the VOR/DME-A approach in to KEZM and noticed that it started to get darker. I looked at radar and there was a squall line moving at about 80 kts those who know schweizers know that they go about 70. It was pretty hairy

FAA publications are public domain, so it's pretty easy for someone to use that as the basis of a new work. Where did he preorder it from? Is a revision scheduled? I don't think the "old" one is that old. Which version do you have?

Last I heard it was supposed to be in October, but I have heard of atleast two other times before that that it didn't happen. I saw on a web site that was pre ordering but haven't heard a date yet.
Flight Experience
I first got in to helicopters when I took a discovery flight in an r22 in the summer of 2007. I joined Middle Georgia College in the fall of 2008 and started working on my bachelors degree in helicopter flight management. I am currently a CFII and work at Middle Georgia College. I have a private fixed wing license also and am almost finished with my degree. I currently have students and fly about 30 hours a month in a schweizer 300cb/cbi. At our school we do long line and nvg training.
