Depends on the work I guess. I have flown in a schweizer at 40kts at night doing full downs with my chief pilot. In the work I do now (R44) doing external load, we call it quits at about 25kts or over. When I release empty mats from my hook, I run the risk of them being blown into my tail rotor. It gets pretty twitchy in a 44 at those wind speeds too.
I am fairly comfortable flying in higher winds, so as I said earlier, depends on the work being performed.
