About Me
I am currently undertaking independent research and consulting assignments throughout the world in international trade, macroeconomics, international finance, and private sector development and poverty reduction. I Have directed numerous projects with business organizations, universities, governments and international development partners like the World Bank, IMF, OECD, ADB, IDB, UNDP, USAID, JICA and WTO. I lso have written extensively on Asian and Latin American trade and development, macroeconomic issues facing the regions, private sector-led development and the facilitating roles of governments. I have divides my time between my offices in Washington, DC, Barcelona, and Bangkok,and USA.
