johneagle777 → Rotor1: Here is a set of Bells I'm working on.  Bell used the 206 airframe for thir 206L models.  Th e main fuselage was 206 with the exhaust of a 206L.  All molded clear.  The fuselage shown is being modified for a 407 VIP.  The interior is modified and scratch built.
    1/30th 206/L and 407 builds.

in the topic Introduction in the forum Simulation
I am currently working with a design team on a RC observation helicopter. The owner brought in a game flight sim seating unit. I have been discussing with the owner and a couple pilots the use of helicopter flight sim training prior to flying the real thing. We currently have a video screen unit which projects screenery of about 10' wide by 8' tall. I forgot the name of the program that is being used but I know the owner also obtained MS flight sim. I have heard of MS Flight Sim being used for flight training here and there. Once we have the full installation in place, I was going to bring in my pilot friend who is a CFI for him to give it a reveiw and his thoughts on potential helicopter pilot training. I would say this is a home sim. I am going to be one of the RC pilots and upon the pilots review of the unit, If proved promising, I am seriously considering being the first to prove its usefulness. What say you?
